I would like to thank Michael Lensing and his staff for providing a most beautiful and memorable graveside service for Donald W. Knoepfler on January 28, 2012 in Oakland Cemetery. They also provided a beautiful space at Lensing's Oak Hill for a reception after the services.

As I had bad dealings with another funeral home for the church funeral in another city I had mach to compare - and there was NO comparison. Michael treated me like family - caring and concerned. He always referred to my husband as "Donald" - which meant a lot to me.

Michael Lensing made a difficult day - a perfect day. I have wonderful memories.
